Law Enforcement reports and arrests released Thursday, June 10, 2010

Tuesday, June 8

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Victor Shane Minshew for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.

*Brownwood Police responded to a theft of a cellular phone from a vehicle parked at Driftwood Apartments at approximately 11:20am.

* Brownwood Police responded to a call regarding the theft of a bicycle from the Boys and Girls Club.  After investigation, the bicycle was recovered and no charges were filed according to the report.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office responded to Mountain View Lodge in reference a credit card dispute.

Wednesday, June 9

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 23-year-old Mitchell Douglas Davidson for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.

*Early Police Department arrested 29-year-old Joshua Noah Hashbarger for Interfering with an Emergency Call and Criminal Mischief greater than or equal to $500 but less than or equal to $1500.

*Brownwood Police Department arrested 25-year-old Fletcher Nathaniel Liggin for No Driver’s License.

*Brownwood Police arrested 25-year-old Rody Ty McRee of Abilene for Driving While License Invalid/Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

*Brownwood Police responded to a Citizens’ Dispute in the 2800 block of Southside Dr. at approximately 1:02am.  No arrests were made.

*Brownwood Police responded to a call regarding theft of beer from Allsups on Coggin Avenue.   No arrest has been made.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
