The Brownwood Library held its fourth annual Reading for The Roses: a Kentucky Derby Party, on Saturday at the Brownwood Event Center. The fundraiser for the Library included a southern buffet, a jazz band, a derby hat and a bow tie contest, a silent and live auction, as well as big screen TVs to watch the Kentucky Derby.
