Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 (DQE)
Position Summary
The City of Early is seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Marketing, Communications & Media Specialist to lead and support the City’s marketing and communications efforts. This position is responsible for enhancing the City’s public image, strengthening internal communication, promoting tourism and community initiatives, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with employees, residents, visitors, and stakeholders.
Working under general direction, this role serves as a central communications resource for City departments and supports the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. The position combines content creation, digital media management, internal and external communications, public information support, and event promotion to position Early as a destination community within the State of Texas.
