Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests.

Duties

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients.
• Support banquet operations by ensuring all necessary dishes and utensils are clean and ready for service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Participate in cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen to maintain a hygienic work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills are advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards within the food service industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
