Brookesmith ISD is seeking a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations reports directly to the Superintendent of Schools.
The Director of Operations is a key district leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and effective functioning of both operational systems and instructional support services. This position bridges district logistics with academic priorities, overseeing transportation, facilities, and safety while also supporting curriculum implementation, instructional quality, and teacher development. The Director of Operations works closely with campus leaders and district administrators to align operational excellence with student achievement goals.
