Registration for the Texas Youth Football League (TYFL) will begin Monday, May 16.  Forms are available at both locations of Doc’s Drugstore and at Weakly-Watson Sporting Goods.  Early registration continues through July 1st. The season begins 8/22/11.  More information can be found on our Facebook by clicking here.

TYFL is entering its 8th season this fall with over 300 players from Brownwood, Early, Bangs, San Saba, Comanche, Goldthwaite, Brady, Mason, Llano, Johnson City and Burnet.  TYFL offers two age divisions, 3rd/4th grade, and 5th/6th grade.

The TYFL goals are:

1 To teach the fundamentals of football
2 To develop good character and sportsmanship within each player
3 To encourage the development of a physically fit body
4 To create a healthy competitive spirit among players.
