Howard Payne University will be hosting their annual Young & Summer Scholars Programs July 18-22 from 9am-12pm at the HPU Academy of Freedom campus.

Young and Summer Scholars 2011 are designed to provide an intense and academically stimulating summer camp program.  Students who have completed grades K-5 are encouraged to attend for a week of innovative instruction in computer graphics, speech/debate, science and physical education.

“We have a new and exciting program planned this year!” stated Dr. Julie Welker, Young and Summer Scholars Program Director.  “Young Scholars is for children entering grades 1-3, and Summer Scholars is for children entering grades 4-6 for the 2011-2012 school year.”
