Grand Jury Indictments for November 2010

District Attorney Micheal Murray’s office released indictments from the November 2010 session of the Brown County Grand Jury.   Murray said that 35 indictments were returned against 27 individuals in November.

The District Attorney’s office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerks office.  Also, names are not released of those indicted but not yet arrested due to an indictment being sealed until the time of the arrest.

Below is a list of the indictments released from the November Grand Jury session.

  • Justin Griffin – Hunting at Night
  • Charles Ransom Carroll – Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver in a Drug Free Zone
  • Clayton Dale Wilkins – Tamper or Fabricate Physical Evidence
  • Stephanie Percival AKA Stephanie Jean Wilkinson – Burglary of a Habitation
  • Jose Luis Martinez, Jr. – Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
  • Karen Baumgardner – Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence
  • Jacob Winston Womack – Three Counts Injury to a Child
  • Gary Don Beason – Manufacture of Controlled Substance Enhancement; Possession or Transport of Certain Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substance Repeat/Habitual Offender; Endangering a Child State Jail Felony Enhancement
  • Joel Arredondo – Assault Family Violence – Enhanced
  • Alan Joe Havens – Assault Family Violence- Enhanced Repeat Offender
  • Daniel Lee Gentry – Possession of a Controlled Substance
  • Michelle Jean Cooper – Possession of a Controlled Substance – Drug Free Zone
  • Jacob Lorenzo Ramirez – Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence
