Johnny Ray Strength, 61 (Talpa)

Johnny Ray Strength of Talpa, Texas passed from this life to be with his Lord on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 5:35 am at Hendricks Medical Center at the age of 61 years.

Services will be held at 10:00 am Friday at Talpa Cemetery Pavilion with Bro Randy Casey officiating. Interment will follow with services under the direction of Henderson Funeral Home of Coleman. Visitation will be Thursday.

He was born November 15, 1958 in Coleman, Texas to William James and Louise Slayton Strength. Johnny was raised in Coleman County and attended the Coleman and Duncanville Schools. He was a resident of Talpa and a member of the Brazos Street Community Church. Johnny enjoyed Tumblebug Racing and collecting arrowheads. He had been an oilfield derrick hand and currently worked for Double E Dozier Construction.

3 Brothers – Herby Strength of Coleman, Texas
Delbert Strength of Talpa, Texas
Wesley & wife Leslie Strength of Talpa, Texas
Grandchildren – Trey Strength of Cleburne, Texas; Zane Rosales of Coleman, Texas; Shiean Walters of Coleman; Marie Rosales of Coleman, TX; Shawn Mcwhorter of Clyde; Kendall Belle Strength of Stanton; Paul Rosales of Coleman.

Johnny was preceded in death by Granddaughter, Hailey Marie Strength & Father, Bill Strength
