Brownwood News – Effective, Monday, March 30, 2020, City and Rural Rides will be offering free in-county transportation to the General Public during the State of Disaster period.

Transit is an “essential” service to the people we serve, and we understand the hardship the Corona Virus State of Emergency has caused.  CARR is working diligently to ensure the safety and well-being of its passengers and team members in light of COVID-19.  We are working closely with numerous organizations to ensure the proper steps to prevent the spread of germs.
