Brownwood News – According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Matthew William Bale pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Daniel Rayna/do Lugo, on probation for the felony offense of Robbery, was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jacob Dean Curry, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Occlusion, was adjudicated and sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jason Bigham, on probation for the felony offense of Theft Over $1,500 Under $20,000, was adjudicated and sentenced to Fifteen (15) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division. Further Jason Bigham, on probation for the felony offense of Theft Over $1,500 Under $20,000, was adjudicated and sentenced to Fifteen ( 15) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
