Brownwood News – The Winter Storm Watch area has been expanded as of this Tuesday morning to include Brown, Coleman and Comanche counties of Central Texas.  Here is the official weather statement from the San Angelo National Weather Service.

WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...An accumulation of sleet topped by 1 to 3 inches of snow
  possible.

* WHERE...Concho Valley and northern Heartland including Sterling,
  Coke, Runnels, Irion, Tom Green, Concho, Coleman, and Brown
  counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Wednesday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Hazardous travel conditions will develop
  late Tuesday night and will continue into Wednesday.
