Brownwood News – According to Brown County District Attorney, Micheal Murray, two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Samantha Stevens pled guilty to the felony offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jimmy Stephens pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
