Jim Williams Jr., 63 (Comanche)

Jim Williams Jr., age 63, of Comanche passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019, at a local nursing home in Brownwood.

Graveside Services for Jim will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020, at the Pendergrass Cemetery in Sidney. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at Blaylock Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home of Brownwood.

Jim was born on February 6, 1956, to James Sr. and Jeanne (Noe) Williams in San Joaquin, CA. He grew up and went to Comanche ISD. Jim was an ordained minister. He also was a Narcotics Anonymous Sponsor for many years. Jim loved riding motorcycles.

Jim is survived by his life long friend, Linda Sims of Breckenridge; children, James Williams III of Dublin, Robert Williams of CA, Nathan Lisman of Brownwood, and Carrie Cutler of Dublin; numerous grandchildren; 2 brothers, Richard Lisman and wife Cathy of Brownwood, and Michael Williams of Comanche; 2 sisters, Carol Ray of Stephenville and Laura Gould of Brownwood; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jasmine Williams; parents; and grandparents.
