Frances Sue Pinson, 90

Frances Sue Pinson, age 90, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 in Brownwood.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 PM Friday, November 22, 2019 at Heartland Funeral Home in Early.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Heartland Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park in Early.

Frances Sue Horner was born Tuesday, October 29, 1929 in Brownwood, TX to Cecil and Verna Horner.  She graduated from Early High School. Frances married Oran Pinson on August 21, 1946 in Brownwood, and began a life together that blessed them with 2 children Linda and Brenda.  She loved cooking for her church, work and her family, especially for the holidays. Frances loved her church family at Salt Creek Baptist Church where she was a member for many years.

Frances is survived by her daughters, Linda Gavin and husband John of May, TX and Brenda Crockett and husband Mark of Cisco, TX; brother, Bob Horner and wife Judy of Shreveport, LA; sister-in-laws, Janet Sue of San Antonio, TX and Tonya Horner of Brownwood, TX; grandchildren, Denise Collins and husband Dennis, Kelly Holder and husband Tex, Baron Young and wife Christi, Joni Guidry and husband Joe and Josh Young; 6 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Oran Pinson; parents, James Cecil Horner and Millie Verna Pauley; brothers, Joe Horner, Tommy Horner and Jimmy Horner.
