Brown County Commissioners will meet at 9:00 am this morning (Monday) in the County Courthouse. The agenda is as follows.

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order
2. Prayer
3. Citizen Comments

4. Consideration and approval of meeting minutes of September 9th, 2019 and workshop minutes.
5. Presentation of Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report.
6. Consideration and Approval of Payment of any bills needed
7. Consideration and Approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:
8. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – First Public Hearing on the 2019?2020 Proposed Tax Rate;
9. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – First Public Hearing on the 2019-2020 Proposed Budget;
10. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of contracts and agreements for hold-over detention services of juvenile offenders between Brown County and McCulloch County;
11. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
12. Jennifer Robison, County Auditor- Consideration and possible approval to continue to receive a share of the bingo prize fees after January 1, 2020. Per HB 914, in order to continue to receive these funds, the county must have a majority vote and notify the Texas Lottery Commission of the decision to continue to receive revenues no later than November 1, 2019 (spon pl);
13. Adjournment

Fifteen (15) minutes after the regular meeting, Commissioners will hold a Budget Workshop.
