Brownwood Defeats Graham – Dragons, Longhorns, Tigers, Mustangs All Win

Brownwood News – The #9 ranked Brownwood Lions recorded their 3rd “W” of the season with a 28-14 victory over the #9 ranked Graham Steers. In a game that got off to a sluggish start for the Lions, they took control in the second half and never looked back. Brownwood, 3-0, will play their third game in a row at Gordon Wood Stadium this coming Friday night when they host the Raiders of Wichita Falls Rider. The Rider Raiders are 2-1 with an opening week 47-34 win against Boswell, a week two loss to Azle 35-33, and week three 38-24 win against Amarillo.

The Bangs Dragons beat Winters 42-27.
The Early Longhorns beat Tolar 19-18.
The May Tigers beat Lometa 64-14.
The Blanket Tigers beat Lingleville 52-0.
The Brookesmith Mustangs beat Evant 40-30.
The Zephyr Bulldogs lost to Water Valley 56-48.
