Brownwood News – According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, two felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court.  District Judge, Stephen Ellis, presided.

Samuel Scott Prickett pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Seven (7) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

David Alan Carr pled guilty to the felony offense of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
