Brownwood News – District Attorney, Micheal Murray, says that a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Stephen Ellis presiding.

Jay Elwood Rollins pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Two (2) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
