Mass of Christian Burial for Tomas De La Cruz, age 76, of Brownwood, formerly of Uvalde will be held Friday October 15, 2010 at 11:00am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Serafin officiating. Interment will follow at Greenleaf Cemetery. Rosary will be Thursday October 14, 2010 at 7:00pm at Blaylock Funeral Home. He passed away Monday October 11, 2010 at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

Tomas is survived by his wife Savina De La Cruz; sons Lamberto De La Cruz of Chicago and Hilario Marquez of Chicago; four grandchildren Marcus De La Cruz, Lizbeth De La Cruz, Jessica De La Cruz and Jasmine De La Cruz; and two great-grandchildren; two sisters Delfina De La Cruz husband Chente Garcia and Dora De La Cruz both of Villa Union Coahilla, Mexico.

Services have been entrusted to the care of Blaylock Funeral Home.
