The Brownwood Police Department’s Blotter for recent calls was released Thursday morning.  The calls were as follows:

On 7/24/2019, two officers responded to the 2300 block of Temple Ave in reference to a dog bite. The dog was taken to the Corrine T. Smith Animal Shelter where it was euthanized.

On July 29th an Officer was dispatched to 1300 Ave A for a dog at large. Citation issued.

On Wednesday, July 31, 2019 Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to a north Brownwood residence in the 600 block of Maple for a theft report. Information was gathered and a report has been generated.

On 7/31/2019 at 1800 hours, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Blk. of W. Commerce in reference to theft.  Subject was arrested.

On July 31st, 2019 at approximately 2040 hours Officers with the Brownwood Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 2900 block of US 377 S. After a short investigation one subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
