Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, October 7, 2010.

Sunday, October 3

*1:11am-Brownwood Police issued a criminal trespass warning for 1300 13th Street to a subject at the request of the apartment manager.

Wednesday, October 6

*8:09am-Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Greenleaf regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he had been out of town since September 30 and had returned on October 5 to find that five tool boxes which contained miscellaneous automotive tools had been stolen out of the bed of his vehicle.  Complainant did wish to pursue criminal charges if suspect (s) were identified.

*10:29pm-A Brownwood Police officer was patrolling in the 400 block of N. Main Street when he observed a vehicle traveling directly in front of him.  According to the report, a random check of the vehicle’s license plate was performed, which came back with an expired motor vehicle registration of December 2009.  The driver, identified as 22-year-old Manuel DeJesus Basio, was consequently arrested for Driving While License Expired w/o insurance.  The vehicle was released at the scene to the registered owner the report states.

Thursday, October 7

*1:36am-Brownwood Police were called to the 1400 block of Oakland Drive regarding a domestic disturbance.  The report states that further investigation led to the arrest of 21-year-old Douglas Allen Day and 22-year-old Skye Lee Adamson for Assault by Threat or Offensive Touch Family Violence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
