Rhonda Jean Blocker passed away July 12, 2019 at Brownwood Nursing and Rehab after a brief illness.  A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Heartland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Rhonda was born May 15, 1955 in Graham Texas. To Samuel and Imogene Blocker.  She is survived by her daughter, Misty Webb and her husband Chuck of Abilene Texas; son, Cecil Koerner and his wife Sandy of Aspermont, Texas; daughter Cecilia Qualley of Brownwood, Texas.  Her children were everything to her and she worked her entire life to provide for them.  She leaves behind 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sandra Tretter; brothers, William Blocker and Arthur Blocker.
