fitbyfaithlogoThe 4th Annual Tae Bo A Thon will begin at 8:00 am on October 23rd and is a special event that helps provide our troops overseas with Christmas gives for those in war and in the hospital.  Christmas can be such a depressing time for these men and women as they are in a grim situation and away from family and friends.

The purpose of the Tae Bo A Thon is to have participants test and strengthen their spiritual will.  Getting in shape is much more than the physical, it is much deeper than that according to Fit By Faith owner and trainer Krista Johnson.

This event is above all a benefit for an amazing cause…our troops.

By helping provide our troops overseas Christmas gifts, we thank them for going through the fire for us 24/7, with no rests, no breaks, they are always in the fire for us,” stated Johnson.

Fit By Faith encourages the participants of the event to go through this for one day to feel what the troops feel everyday and to bless these men and women in the service.

This year, there will be troops and recruits coming to work out with participants as well as Tae Bo instructors from all over the nation!  Each class is an hour and there is a 15 minute break in between.

Participants can help by collecting pledges or flat donations based on how many classes the participant completes.  Those not participating can also help by donating to the cause or providing food and water for those participating.  If your business donates food/water, you can provide a poster showing who is sponsoring the food.

“This event is so close to our hearts and we pray you will help out!” stated Johnson.  “You do not have to be a Fit By Faith Member to participate.”

For more information, please call 325-641-0721 or visit the Fit By Faith website and download a pledge form or pick one up at the gym.
