BrownwoodNews – Brownwood High School Choir members recently travelled to Graham High School to participate in the first round of the All State Choir auditions.

Sixteen members of the BHS A Cappella choir advanced past this first round of auditions.  They will be given the opportunity to perform in the All Region Choir in November. In addition, they will be moving on to the 2nd round of All State Choir auditions.

The following choir members are advancing: (Sopranos) Carlee Richardson, Lillian Sharp, Jordan Roberts, Hannah Bessent, Torie Lepp (Altos) Daja Holbert, Aaliyah Uvalle, Emmagrace Quillin, (Tenors) Tim Crawford, Seth Adkins, John Monson, James Williams, Adan Villarreal, Daniel Arras, (Basses) Jesse Bennett and Aaron Menchaca.

“Congratulations to our choir members,” said BHS Choir Director, Jennifer Reeves. “We are really proud of them and their hard work.”
