Peanut Butter Cake Mix Cookies with Reese’s Cups

Cookies are currency in our house. These adorable little Peanut Butter Cake Mix Cookies are crazy yummy. With only four ingredients, they’re great to throw together in a flash.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

In a large bowl mix together cake mix, peanut butter, and eggs.

You’ll have to work a bit to mix up this dough. It’s best to use your (clean) hands near the end to get it all worked together.

Besides, you’ll be using your (again, clean) hands to roll the dough into ping-pong sized balls.

Place cookie dough balls on your favorite cookie baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes. While baking, unwrap Reese’s Mini Cups. And don’t forget to unwrap a few for quality control testing. It’s important to make sure they’re fresh. The only way to really know is to taste one, or five.

After cookies are done, remove from cookie sheet.

Gently press Reese’s cup into cookie while still warm.

Allow cookies to cool and set before storing. If that’s at all possible. Or just eat them all at once while they’re melty and gooey. That’s perfectly acceptable.
