Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, August 5, 2010.

Wednesday, August 4

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 27-year-old Lonny Robbins for Driving while License Invalid with Previous Conviction.

*Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of Avenue C regarding an intoxicated female.  Upon the officer’s arrival, contact was made with the female, identified as 48-year-old Glenda Kay Cornelius, who was subsequently arrested for Public Intoxication the report states.

*At 8:00pm, Brownwood Police responded to 1200 block of Austin Avenue regarding a report of Forgery at a local business.  According to the report, the officer met with a clerk and obtained five checks that were taken as evidence.  No arrests have been made.  The investigation is ongoing.

*At 8:58pm, Brownwood Police initiated a traffic stop in the 800 block of S. Greenleaf in a parking lot.  According to the report, after investigation, it was determined that the driver, who was identified as 39-year-old Dawn Pinkard, was operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.  The passenger, identified as 18-year-old Ashley Diane Collins, was found to be in possession of a dangerous drug the report states.  As a result, both were arrested the report states.  Collins was charged with Possession of a Dangerous Drug and Pinkard was charged with Driving While License Invalid/Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.

*At 11:08pm, Brownwood Police responded to a report of burglary in the 500 block of Booker.  After investigation, a criminal trespass warning was issued to a female subject the report states.  No charges have been filed at this time related to the incident.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
