The Brownwood Lion’s Junior Varsity game against Stephenville was called due to weather at the end of the 3rd quarter last night.

The Lions were trailing 14-6, but were playing with great effort and were in a position to win the game.

Sam Humeniuk scored on a screen pass with a great block from Angel Castillo.  De Netro Clifton led a defense that swarmed to the ball all night.

The Junior Varsity travel to Liberty Hill next Thursday night to take on the Panthers.
