If you love to fish, you’ll want to mark your calendar because the Big Bass Benefit for Family Services Center is scheduled for September 11th from 6:00am-2:00pm at Mountain View Lodge.
The 2010 Big Bass Benefit was first held in 2001. The family fun event encourages anglers to come out to Lake Brownwood for a day of fishing and fundraising.
For many of those fishing it is a profitable day as well. Since 2008, thanks to sponsors, the Open 1st place and Big Bass have been guaranteed $3000 and $1000 prizes! The remainder of the cash prizes pays out at 80/20 of the entry receipts. For those who don’t place in the money there are traditionally many prizes to choose from.

- Open Division—$50
- Ladies Division—$25
- Juniors Division—$15
*Big Bass included in Open Division, $5 Big Bass option for Ladies and Juniors

- 6:00 am—3:00 pm
*Weigh-in Line opens at 2:30 CLOSES at 3:00

All entrants must register (or check-in for early registration) either Friday evening or Saturday morning.
