Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, July 15, 2010.

Sunday, July 11

*At 8:11pm, Brownwood Police were called to the 3500 block of Rhodes Road in regard to disorderly conduct.  Upon arriving the officer conducted an interview and investigation, which led to a suspect’s arrest on unrelated warrants according to the report.

Wednesday, July 14

*At 6:17pm, Brownwood Police were called to the 3400 block of Golding Road.  According to police reports, the complainant stated that she arrived home to discover her residence had been burglarized.  A laptop computer and internet router as well as other items were stolen from the residence the report states.  No suspect information was available at this time and no arrests have been made.

*At 8:10pm, Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of N. Main Street in reference to harassment.  According to the report a female victim stated that a male subject had been sending her threatening text messages as well as threatening her life in person.  A report was filed for harassment and terroristic threat.  The male suspect was issued a criminal trespass warning.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Department received a report of harassment by text messaging.  According to the report, the complainant had received 36 calls and over 100 text messages from the suspect, her ex-boyfriend, since July 11th.  She also stated that the suspect has barged into her house uninvited and has stolen a flag out of her yard according to the report.  Another officer had responded to this same complaint on Sunday and had advised the suspect not to contact the complainant anymore.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
