Funeral Services for Mary Frances Chrane, age 86, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 10 AM Friday, September 8, 2017 at the Heartland Funeral Home with Pastor David Barnum officiating.  Interment will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.  Mrs. Chrane passed away Saturday, September 2, 2017 in a local nursing.

Mary was born on February 16, 1931 in Graham, Texas to Eugene and Mary Catherine Funderburg Chrane.  On January 11, 1947 she married Billy Chrane in Brownwood, Texas.  She was a homemaker and a Christian.

She is survivied by her husband of 70 years Billy Chrane of Brownwwood, five children Connie and Jerry Roberts, Cathy and Charles Thomas, Daryl Chrane,  Caryl and Terry Johnson and Terri and Billy Strength; sister Joyce Fletcher;  daughter-in-law Connie Chrane;  sister Joyce Fletcher; 15 grandchildren and by numerous great and great great  grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Thomas Chrane; son-in-law Lynn Rudloff; brother Billy Gene O’Neal and a sister Betty Murlene Brandstetter .
