David James Jordan, age 30, of Indiana formerly of Brownwood passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017, in Indiana.

Graveside services for David will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at the Fairview Cemetery with David Barnum officiating. No visitation will be held. Arrangements are under the direction Blaylock Funeral Home.

David was the son of Billy and Bobbie (Morgan) Jordan born on May 18, 1987, in Brownwood. He graduated from Bangs 2005. After high school, he attended UTPB. David ran in a couple of marathons. He was a very hard worker. David helped build Neptune Flotation in Indiana from the ground up; he served as Vice President for many years.

David is survived by his parents, Billy and Bobbie Jordan of Lake Brownwood; brothers, Cody Jordan and wife Emalee of Stephenville, and Logan Jordan of Lake Brownwood; sister, Jayme Jordan of Lake Brownwood; maternal grandfather, Robert Morgan of May; and maternal grandmother, April Hiroms of Bangs. He is also survived his aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bill and Barbara Jordan; uncle, David Croom; and great-grandparents Mary and L.A. Croom.
