Weekend Crime Reports and Arrests

Over the weekend; Brownwood Police, Brown County Sheriffs Deputies, and the Texas DPS responded to several unrelated calls, resulting in the following arrests and other incidents:

Friday May 21

*After arresting a group of juveniles for underage drinking and one for possession of marijuana, another of the juveniles had been released without charges at the Food Plaza on Hwy 377; however, Brownwood Police reports state that the suspect displayed unlawful behavior by using loud and profane language after his release.   Zachary Green was arrested for Disorderly Conduct by Language.

* 19-year-old Lekurt Kwame Fisher was arrested for No Drivers License 3rd or More.

* 21-year-old Jacob A. Gomez of Santa Anna was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1, less than 1g in Drug Free Zone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Invalid.

* 18-year-old William Nathaniel Green of Blanket was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.

Saturday May 22

*During a traffic stop, police arrested 37-year-old Teresa Michelle Allen for Driving While License Suspended with Previous Convictions and cited for Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and MVI according to police reports.

* 19-year-old Camille Teofila Barrerra was arrested for Endangering a Child and Possession of Marijuana > 2 oz< 4 oz. in a Drug Free Zone.

* 48-year-old James Anthony Bilbrey was arrested for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence.

* 45-year-old Jorge Coronel Bucio was arrested for DWI 3rd or more and Flee Scene of Accident (less than $200).

* 17-year-old Joseph Deshawn Hodges was arrested for Endangering a Child and Possession of Marijuana <2oz in Drug Free Zone.

* 18-year-old Amanda Michelle Hulsey of Early was arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG2, >=1g2 oz<=4oz in Drug Free Zone.

*According to police reports, late Saturday night 28 year-old Donald Riggs was stopped in the 2600 block of Asbury for speeding, 35 mph in a 20 mph zone, when after driver’s license check, police found him to be wanted on two Brown County Sheriff’s Office warrants and to be driving with a suspended license.  He was arrested and taken to the Brown County Jail.

* 22-year-old Daylon Odell Northcutt was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Prohibited Substance Correctional Facility.

* 18-year-old Arthur Villarreal  was arrested for Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance PG2 >=1g2oz <4 oz in Drug Free Zone.

Sunday May 23

* 21-year-old Anthony Michael Willett was arrested for Possession of Marijuana <2 oz.

*Police reports state at approximately 1:00 am, a woman reported finding her car had damaged by a hit and run accident while she was at Uncle Dave’s Roadhouse.

*A pedestrian stop led to a man being issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

* 61-year-old Jesse De-Leon Basquez was arrested for Public Intoxication.

* 29-year-old Don Warren Carmack was arrested for Public Intoxication.

* 18-year-old Taylor Ryan Chesser was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

* 29-year-old Ricky James Delarosa was arrested for Public Intoxication.

* 44-year-old Kevin Dunham of Comanche was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated/Open Container.

* 57-year-old Jay Conley Rogers was arrested for Public Intoxication.

* 22-year-old Roberto Martinez Sanchez was arrested for Public Intoxication.

* 29-year-old Melissa Denise Smith was arrested for Burglary of a Building.

Monday May 24

* 21-year-old Kevin Parker Clement of Pottsboro was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

* 31-year-old Victor Lomas Gutierrez of Brownwood was arrested for DWI 2nd/Open Container.

* 29-year-old Saul Salvador Sanchez was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Parole Warrant.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
