NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Brownwood Zoning Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing for the following requests at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026:
(VAR 12-26) 4314 Woodland Park Drive: Requesting a variance for 15 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement for a carport.
(VAR 13-26) 3604 Surrey Lane: Requesting a variance for 24 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement and 3 ft. into the 6 ft. side yard setback requirement for a carport. Will add gutters.
(VAR 14-26) 1726 Tulane Drive: Requesting a variance for 15 ft. into the 15 ft. side street setback requirement for a carport.
