Wednesday, September 7

*4:32 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of Avenue K regarding theft.

*8:56 PM – Brownwood Police received a report via telephone call regarding debit/credit card abuse.  According to the report, the complainant stated that unauthorized purchases had been made on the complainant’s debit/credit card number in Brownwood.  The complainant stated that a known suspect had stolen the complainant’s credit card information and was believed to be making these unauthorized purchase.

Thursday, September 8

*2:27 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 2500 block of Avenue C.  According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of 55-year-old David Antoine Williams of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 and driving while license invalid without financial responsibility.

*4:00 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding criminal trespass.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 35-year-old Elizabeth Ann Malone of Blanket, Texas for criminal trespass.

*Early Police arrested 36-year-old Richard Leon Hathcock, Jr. of Early for driving while intoxicated 2nd.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 40-year-old Michea Timothy Hufford of Coleman on warrants related to driving while license invalid, failure to appear, and no driver’s license.

*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Steven David Eugene Tubbs was arrested on a McCulloch County warrant related to driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

Friday, September 9

*Early Police arrested 32-year-old Joshua James Stovall of Early, Texas for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, manufacture deliver of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, and on a warrant related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 3/4 less than 28 grams.

All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Blotter information compiled from local law enforcement jail records.
