SANTA ANNA – The Blanket Tigers improved to 16-4 on the season and 5-2 in District 21-A boys basketball action with a 46-25 victory at Santa Anna Thursday.

Blanket led 14-5 after one quarter, 29-13 at halftime, and 37-18 heading to the fourth period.

Scoring for the Tigers were Mason Beck with 21 points, Kannon Kensing with 12, Karter Keel with five, Brian Shannon and Albert Espinosa with three apiece, and Leo Valdes with two points.

The Tigers have a district bye Friday and host Rising Star Tuesday.
