First responders were on the scene shortly before 3:30 p.m. Monday, where a two-vehicle accident occurred on Austin Avenue just in front of the Douglas MacArthur Academy of Freedom.

No major injuries were reported, but one person was transported by Lifeguard EMS to Hendrick Medical Center-Brownwood as a precautionary measure.
