
COMANCHE – The Brownwood Lions evened their season record at 2-2 behind their second consecutive victory, 75-26 over the Comanche Indians Monday afternoon.
The Lions trailed 13-7 after one quarter, then dominated the rest of the way as they opened a 32-16 halftime lead that grew to 61-19 heading into the fourth quarter.
Brownwood received 12 points each from Cannon Calvert, Elias Perez and Jordan Gilbert; 10 from Durham Brown; nine from Santiago Alvizo; six from Carson Noe; five apiece from Bennett Windham and Juston Burt; and two each from Hayden Brumbelow and Tru Pesina.
Cooper Welch led Comanche (0-4) with 11 points.
The Lions are back in action at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Llano.
