HendersonKimberlyLynnKimberly Lynn Henderson, age 49, went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, May 3, 2016. The light of our lives, she fought a long and difficult illness with an unfailing smile and courage that inspired us all. She graduated in 1984 from Bangs High School. A wife and homemaker, she was the former owner of Bangs Greenhouse for 12 years and Bangs Produce for three years. She was born in Brownwood, Texas August 5, 1966 and lived in Bangs all of her life.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Terry Ray Henderson, one daughter, Sloane Alexandra Michael and husband, Brad; one grandson, Brayden Ray Michael of Bangs; her mother, Cynthia Johnson and stepfather, Tim Johnson of Bangs; two sisters, Catherine Coronado of Bangs and Tonia Shumate and husband Roy Shumate of Canyon Lake; one brother, Scott Larose and wife, Melanie Larose of Bangs; her grandmother, Marj Frizzell of Brownwood; her mother-in-law, Wanda Armour of Brownwood; brother-in-law, Donald Henderson of Dallas; four nieces, MacKenzie Brown, Madison Brown, Lindsey Larose and Brynlee Hughes; one nephew, Peyton Greenhaw; four aunts, Sheila Slaughter of Brownwood, Shannon and Dan Wooldridge of Georgetown, Lana Norris of Bangs, and Donna and Bo Hatchett of Zephyr; and one uncle, Johnny and Juan Frizzell of Liberty Hill.

She was preceded in death by her father, Virgil Wayne Cox; her grandfather, Marvin Frizzell her father-in-law, Don Henderson; grandson Colter Wayne Minshew; step father-in-law, Bob Armour; and niece, Grayson Brown.

Kim was a member of Grosvenor Baptist Church, and services will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10 AM at Grosvenor Baptist Church with Brother David Barnum officiating. Burial will follow at Bangs Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Thursday at Davis-Morris Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Brownwood Wound Care or Grosvenor Baptist Church Building Fund.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Grosvenor Baptist Church, located at 9501 FM 1850 in Grosvenor, Texas.
