Brown County Sheriff's Office Report: Nov. 3

The following information was provided by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office:

On November 1, 2025, at approximately 1054 hours, Deputy Alexandria Sanchez was dispatched to Diamond R at North 183 in reference to disorderly conduct. The general manager of Diamond R wanted JUSTIN ALAN DANIELL, BARRY ALAN DANIELL, and JOSHUA RYAN DANIELL be criminally trespassed from the location. Information was taken, and report was made.
On Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 0101 hours, Sergeant Francisco Valencia with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop at N Hwy 279/FM 2632. A probable cause of the vehicle was conducted, and illegal narcotics were located. The driver and passenger were placed into custody for Possession of Controlled Substance. A report was made.
On October 31, 2025, at 1614 hours, Deputy Thomas Beloat with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to County Road 102 regarding a mailbox, which was run over. Information was gathered, and a report was completed.
On October 30, 2025, I, Deputy Saydie Bradley, received a phone call from Cowboy Danny Trowbridge advising he was able to estray the calf on county road 310. The calf was brought to the county pins. A report was made.
On 10/30/2025, at 2234 hours, Deputy Michel Wilson conducted a pedestrian stop in the block of North 1st Street in Bangs. Michael Rawls gave information stating her common law husband, Cody Minshew, has been assaulting her the last few weeks. Information was obtained, and a report has been made.
On Thursday, 10/30/2025, at about 1014 hours, Seargent Jason Bastardo and Deputy Chris Williamson were dispatched to a trespass call located at Turner Dr., Brownwood, TX. Jackie Reynolds Bebee stated MARY NICHOLE CULP was on her property with an active Criminal Trespass Warning for the property, which was signed by Bebee. CULP was not located, information was collected, and a report was made.
On 10/30/2025, at approximately 1206 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff Madeline Reigle responded to a call referencing fraud. Deputy Reigle spoke with the elderly victim, who stated their SNAP Benefits Card had been used in a SAMS Club in Marietta, Georgia. The victim still had the physical card in their possession and had no knowledge of how it would be used there. Deputy Reigle spoke with a SAMS Club Member Specialty Manager, who was able to locate the transaction and was willing to assist with the investigation. Evidence was gathered, and a report was made for further investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.
On 10/30/2025, at 1920 hours, Deputies were dispatched to Red Clay Rd in Bangs for a disorderly conduct involving a firearm. Bernardo Florido brandished a long rifle in an attempt to scare his neighbor, Nathanael Herrera. Information was taken, and a report has been made.
On Thursday, October 30, 2025, Brown County Deputy Sheriff TJ Harrell was dispatched to a residence on Buck View Road, Brown County, Texas, 76801. A male reported he was assaulted by a female roommate. Information was gathered, and a report was generated.
On 10/29/2025, at approximately 1148 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff Madeline Reigle was contacted regarding theft of service. During the investigation, it was learned the suspect is now deceased. An informational report was made.
On October 28, 2025, at approximately 0759 hours, Deputy Alexandria Sanchez was dispatched to CR 417 in referencing loose livestock. Deputy Sanchez spoke with the homeowner, Twillia Bowden Hoskinson (Victim), who stated her neighbor’s, Winston H Thomas (Witness), cows had gotten on their property and damaged a window. Information was taken, and report was made.
On October 28, 2025, I, Deputy Saydie Bradley, was notified by dispatch to contact England, Mark regarding fraudulent charges on his debit card. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
On October 28, 2025, I, Deputy Saydie Bradley, was dispatched to Belfast in regard to a theft. Information was gathered, photos were taken, and a report was made.
On October 28, 2025, I, Deputy Saydie Bradley, was patrolling the block of FM 2125, when I located an illegal dumping. Photos were taken and a report was made.
On October 28, 2025, at 1554 hours, Deputy Thomas Beloat with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to County Road 334 regarding an animal complaint. Information was gathered, a Dog Prohibited from Running at Large issued, and a report was completed.
On 10/28/25, at approximately 1652 hours, Deputy Ethan Fox was dispatched to W Commerce, Brownwood, Tx 76801 to assist with a combative inmate. Upon arrival, Deputy Fox was informed inmate BALE, MATTHEW had spit on jail staff. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
On October 24th, 2025, at 16:00 hours, Brown County Deputy Sheriff TJ Harrell was dispatched to the Law Enforcement Center regarding a theft. 3 goats were stolen from an individual. Information was gathered, and a report was made.
