The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Stetson Lee Wayne Walls pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Daemon Lye Garcia pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Leroy Rico Willams, aka Leroy Williams, pled guilty to the felony offense of Prohibited Substances or Items in a Correctional Facility and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
- Ana Lisa Gonzales pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division pursuant to a plea agreement.
