The Brookesmith ISD Theatre Arts program, led by director Alyssa Graves, is proud to announce its upcoming production of OZ by Don Zolidis. Performances will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. Showtimes are 3:30 PM and 7:00 PM. The performances will take place at 202 Whaley Street on the HPU campus.

This lively, contemporary adaptation of the classic tale features Beth, a teenager reeling from the death of her little sister. The talented cast includes seniors Emma Slayton as Beth, Caleb Bradley as the Tin Man, Aidyn Barnett as the Cowardly Lion, Ava Hathcock as the Scarecrow, and Autumn Ellis as the Witch.
