SANTO – The Bangs Lady Dragons returned to the win column with a straight-set 25-14, 25-17, 25-8 non-district volleyball victory at Santo Saturday.

Bangs (7-22, 0-4) received nine kills from Ashlynn Sliger, three from Justice Baker, and one each from Aubrey Martin, Jasmine Lewis, Stormy Stringer, and Karylee Sliger.

Baker also distributed nine assists with two coming from Cricket Caulkins and one by Ashlynn Sliger.

Adalynne Stephens, Cloey Petty and Ashlynn Sliger each served three aces and Lily Boren added one.

Defensively, Baker led the team with 11 digs followed by Petty with 10, Caulkins with seven, Boren and Ashlynn Sliger with four each, and Martin, Stringer and Lewis with one apiece.

At the net, Baker recorded two blocks followed by Ashlynn Sliger and Karylee Sliger with one each.

The Lady Dragons resume District 5-2A volleyball action Tuesday when they host Coleman.
