A.  Call to order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance

B.  Consideration of the minutes of regular meeting held on March 22, 2016.

C.  Citizen’s comments (Citizens are invited to speak to the Council on any topic not already on the agenda.  No Council action may be taken)

D.  Proclamation – Safe Digging Awareness Month

F.  Matters of New Business

1.  Consider accepting Telecommunication Right-of-Way Access Line rates as provided by Public Utility Commission.  By: Tony Aaron

2.  Consideration to approve a funding request of $25,000 from Economic Development Corporation to Central Texas Rural Ride Transit District.  By:  Shawn Russell

3.  Consider an Ordinance, 2016-04, to annex and designate the permanent zoning of 63.302 acres out of Jacob Duckworth, Survey 56, Abstract 240 on Salt Creek Drive.  By:  Larry McConn

4.  Consideration to approve a subdivision plat for Summerfield Estates, Section I & II.  By:  Larry McConn

5.  Consideration to approve a sign variance to place a non-conforming sign at 1026 Early Blvd.  By:  Larry McConn

6.  Consideration to approve entering into an Interlocal Participation Agreement with TASB for direct energy electricity pricing.  By:  Larry McConn

7.  Consideration to approve entering into an Interlocal Agreement with Brown County regarding road repair project.  By Tony Aaron

8.  Discussion and consideration for distribution of funds received as reimbursement on waterline project.  By:  Tony Aaron

9.  Discussion and consideration of establishing a new account for budgeting purposes, designating funds for equipment and vehicle replacement.  By:  Tony Aaron
