According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the September 2025 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 17 true bills were returned against 14 persons.
Among those indicted were Cody Louis Kille for attempted aggravated kidnapping, as in July of this year he triggered an Amber Alert and was found with a 15-year-old Brownwood girl near Texarkana.

- Kaiden James Fowler: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- Blake Edward Coomer: Possession of a controlled substance
- Kenneth Morgan Meador: Possession of a controlled substance
- Keya Tanisha McIntosh aka Keya Tanisha Vaughn: Possession of a controlled substance
- Jimmy Ray Newton: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
- Melesio Molina Leal: Driving while intoxicated, 3rd or more
- Karizma Delila Salazar: Possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver
- Ana Lisa Gonzales: Possession of a controlled substance
- Eleazar Hernandez: Possession of a controlled substance
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.
The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
