Monday, February 29

*2:39 PM – While on patrol, a Brownwood police officer was dispatched to the area of 8th Street and Coggin Avenue regarding public intoxication.  According to the report, a male subject, identified as Foy Lawson, was located in the 2200 block of Avenue E.  Lawson was determined to be a danger to himself and others due to his intoxicated state, according to the officer.  Lawson was subsequently arrested for public intoxication.

*8:24 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of Pecos Street regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the rear window of the complainant’s vehicle was shot with a BB gun.

Tuesday, March 1

*10:36 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3800 block of 4th Street regarding a vehicle theft.  According to the report, a male subject, identified as 37-year-old Joey Rivera of Comanche, was attempting to get into the complainant’s vehicle.  Rivera was stopped, detained and found to be very intoxicated, the report states.  An investigation and interview turned into an investigation for driving while intoxicated and it was found that Rivera had operated a motor vehicle on a public roadway while intoxicated, according to the report.  Rivera declined a blood draw, so a warrant was obtained and a blood specimen was obtained before Rivera was transported to the Brown County Jail.

*2:20 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of W. Mayes regarding a hit and run.

*4:41 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on County Road 487 in May, Texas regarding a burglary.  According to the report, the homeowner stated someone had entered her residence without consent while she and her husband were out of town.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Jennifer Nichole Fenton of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/secure execution of document under deception equal or greater than $2500 less than $30,000.
