
BRADY – The Bangs Lady Dragons chalked up their second volleyball victory of the season with a 25-18, 25-20, 25-9 road victory over the Brady Lady Bulldogs Tuesday night.
Cameryn Harmon paced the offensive assault with eight kills followed by Ashlynn Sliger with seven, Justice Baker with three, and Stormy Stringer, Aubrey Martin and Karlyee Sliger with two apiece.
Baker also distributed 18 assists and served a pair of aces, while Kylee Byler recorded a team-high three aces, Harmon and Chloe Petty chipped in two apiece, and Ashlynn Sliger added one.
Defensively, Harmon notched 12 digs followed by Petty with nine, Adalynne Stephens with seven, Byler with six, Baker and Ashlynn Sliger with two each, and Stinger and Martin with one apiece.
The Lady Dragons (2-5) will be back in action Friday at the Heart of Texas tournament at the Brownwood Coliseum, facing Comanche at 8 a.m., Snyder at 10 a.m., the Abilene Cooper JV at noon, and Fort Worth Covenant at 3 p.m.
