Michael Angelo ‘Mike’ Massari

Michael Angelo ‘Mike’ Massari, age 63, of Comanche, Texas passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025. He is under the care of Heartland Funeral Home in Early.

Mike was born on January 23, 1962 in Oakland, California to Harry Antonio and Thelma Louise Massari. He married the love of his life, Jeannette, and the two were married on October 19, 1985 in Sacramento, California. Mike was skilled with his hands and worked as a carpenter all of his life. He was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Comanche for many years. Mike enjoyed bowling, baseball, RVing, wood working, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Mike is survived by his wife, Jeannette Renee’ Massari; daughter, Christina Renee’ Tutterrow and husband Ben Higa II; daughter, Amanda Marie Monyko and husband Clinton Monyko; son, Jeremiah Michael Massari; grandchildren, Ben Higa III, Athyna Higa, Matthew Higa, Aaron Higa, Cassidie Higa, Jacob Monyko and Caleb Monyko; sisters, Patricia Morrison, Michelle Cox and Paula Stevens, as well as many nieces, nephews and good friends.
