Frank Volleman

Central Texas Farm Credit (CTFC) stockholders have elected Frank Volleman of Gustine to the rural lending cooperative’s board of directors. As a member of the seven-person board, he will represent the interests of fellow stockholders.

Volleman is a dairy farmer in Comanche County. Frank and his family process their own milk in returnable glass bottles under the name Volleman’s Family Farm and distribute to major grocery retailers across the state. Volleman has a degree in animal science and is a graduate of The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers. He serves as director of the Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District, representing Comanche County, and is a board member of the Association of Agriculture Production Executives. He and his wife, Annette, are members of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church of Dublin. The couple have four sons who are actively involved in the operation, and seven grandchildren. Frank was first appointed to the Central Texas Farm Credit Board in July of 2024.

CTFC CEO Zach May stated, “Frank has been a valuable addition to our Board. His deep knowledge of the dairy industry, combined with his background in business planning and marketing, strengthens our ability to meet the evolving needs of our member-owners.”

Volleman will serve a three-year term on the Central Texas Farm Credit board, which also includes Robby Halfman of Ballinger, Philip Hinds of Coleman, Holden Jacoby of Melvin, Steven Lehrmann of Sagerton, Burl Lowery of Brownwood, and Gerald Rodgers of Hamlin.

CTFC stockholders also elected the following individuals as members of the 2026 Nominating Committee: Brady area – Lauren Jacoby, Early area – Joshua Beaty, Coleman area – Curtis Garrett, Haskell area – Louis Baty, San Angelo area – Steven Hoelscher.
