Family Bass Club January Tournament Results and Standings

FishingBoatOnLakeBrownwoodSmThere were 14 men and 2 youths who participated in the Family Bass Club Fishing Tournament held at Lake Squaw Creek on January 9th.

The lake conditions were as follows:

Weather was Overcast to Partly Cloudy
Wind: 15 to 25 mph NNE gust to 35
Air temp: start 40° end 39°
Water was Clear 68° to 73°
There were 28 fish weighed in for a total of 80.64 lbs.
Out of 16 contestants 10 people weighed in fish with 3 limits.

The 5 lb. pot was won by Joey Wynn.

The February tournament will be on Lake Coleman on February 6th and weigh in will be in the Parking lot.

Please welcome new members: Raymond Ivy, Weldon Ivy, Isaiah & Nikolas Salazar, Simon Hernandez, Brook Bindel, David Duncan, Curtis & Logan Duncan.

The February Club Meeting will be at Humphrey Pete’s in the bar at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday the 2nd. March tournament location and date will be set and a possible open will be discussed.  Those interested in participating may sign up for the February 6th Tournament on Lake Coleman at the meeting, or at Pate’s Hardware by Thursday the 4th or by calling/texting Joey Wynn at 325-642-2542 before 6:00 a.m. Feb 6th.
